Queensland Roadtrip – Days 32-33 continued

Sarina Street Art and Murals

Given we saw so many beautiful murals in Sarina I have decided to devote this next post to them.

Tropicana Tourist Park

It was easy to feel you were in a tropical location at Tropicana Tourist Park with not only its well treed grounds but also its many murals on the old on-site caravans and cabins dotted around the caravan park. Check them out.

Street Art

Just opposite the pie shop in Sarina were the public toilets. On the exterior walls were a series of murals depicting the sugar industry.

Sarina Beach

The other location we saw a mural was at Sarina Beach. It was on the wall of the public toilets and changing rooms just behind the Surf Life Saving Club.

Hope you liked this gallery.

Next post we make our way further north to Ayr, home to the mighty Burdekin River and the centre of another sugar cane growing area.
