Crossing the mighty BurdekinRiver near Ayr as we headed south again.
Some more shots from our walk up Townsville’s Castle Hill, the views and the welcome beer afterwards.
Next walking challenge in Townsville was Castle Hill. It certainly had us puffing along the way but great views.
Can highly recommend the Mt Louisa Lookout Walk in Townsville. It’s a good workout and offers fantastic views of the area.
Photo point on the Strand in Townsville. Magnetic Island in the background. After a good walk it’s a shame it isn’t a real beer. Ended up buying an ice cream instead.

Speeding to Tokyo

Having a good relationship with your travel agent is always important but even more so when you need to make quick decision and have them act on it.
